We will ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a track & trace link so you can follow the shipment. We ship to several countries. The table below lists the countries, shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Please note that we are not responsible for delays. During vacations and public holidays, delivery times may be longer.

Shipping method
We ship our orders with PostNL and DPD. You cannot choose which carrier is used. Orders placed on weekdays before 20:00 will be shipped the same day with PostNL. Orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped the same day with DPD. This only applies on weekdays and not during holidays.

Our Foldable Baths and Bath Buckets are shipped as large packages with PostNL and, for international shipments, handed over to a local delivery service at the border. The local parcel delivery service makes one delivery attempt to deliver the package to you. Keep a close eye on the track & trace information to follow your delivery time. Make sure you are at home, as some package carriers may return the package if you are not at home. It is also possible that your package will be delivered to a parcel point; in that case you are responsible for picking it up yourself.

Contact local delivery service

If the track & trace status is unclear or there is a problem with the delivery, please contact the customer service of the local delivery service as soon as possible. They can best inform you about the current status of your package and further steps.
