Returns

All items have a cooling-off period of 14 days, which starts on the day you receive the item.
The return process must be initiated within this period.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Items must not have been in contact with water.

State of the article

Returned items are strictly checked for traces of use, such as hair, residues of care products or water. Should it be found that such traces are present, the returned item cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Original packaging

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manual(s) and other items that came with the item.
Return Notification
Items must be notified as returns within 14 days of receipt via shop@myhellobath.nl. In the notification, the customer should include the order number and the name on which the order was placed.

  1. Return process
    Submit return request
    • Please email our customer service department within 14 days of receipt to submit a return request.
  2. Return label received
    • Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with the return label attached. Please read the return conditions carefully before returning the product; they are also mentioned in the email.
  3. Return item
    • After you receive the return label, you have 5 business days to take the item to a package point. Make sure you carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Paste the return label over the barcode of the original shipping label, so no double barcodes are visible. Take the package to the parcel point of the respective carrier. For large packages, we recommend handing in the package as early in the day as possible, as parcel points have limited storage space. There is no charge for returning the package to the point.
  4. Keep the shipping receipt
    • Keep the shipping receipt you receive when you return your package. This serves as proof that you returned the package (on time).
  5. Check and refund
    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it based on the above conditions. Once approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. The amount of the return fee depends on the item and is listed under the heading “return fee” on this page. If the return is rejected, for example because the item has been in contact with water, you will receive an email with the reason for rejection. The item will then be returned to you, the rightful owner. You will not receive a refund.
