Different delivery times during public holidays
Delivery times for packages may differ before, during and after the holidays.
Returns
All items have a cooling-off period of 14 days, which starts on the day you receive the item. The return process must be initiated within this period. The return costs are €15 per package.
Your item may be returned if the item:
- Is undamaged;
- You must register your return within 14 days of receipt;
Your purchase amount will not be (fully) refunded in the following cases, among others:
- The item has user damage (wet dirt or damage);
- The original packaging is missing;
- An article or part is missing.
How does the returns procedure work?
You can return your package via PostNL.
How does this work?
1. Send an email within 14 days of receipt containing the order number and reason for return.
2. If the return request is approved, we will send you a return label in a response to your email.
3. From the moment we send you the return label, you have 5 working days to hand in the item at a parcel point.
4. Place the item and accessories neatly in the original box and close it tightly with tape.
5. Place the return label you received from us over the barcode of the original shipping label, so that two barcodes are not visible.
6. Deliver the package to the specified package point. No payment is required!
7. Keep the proof of shipment that you received when you returned your package.
8. As soon as the package has been received by us in good condition and checked for the above points, we will refund (part of) the purchase amount to your account.
For hygienic reasons, only baths that have not been bathed can be returned. Je mag het uiteraard wel droog uitproberen. If there are signs of use such as stains, hairs, etc. we cannot issue the refund because the product is no longer usable.
