Antagonist
We purchase web hosting and email services from Antagonist. Antagonist processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Antagonist has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Antagonist is bound to secrecy under the agreement.
Email and mailing lists
Mailpoet
Our website uses Mailpoet, a third party that handles the email traffic coming from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through Mailpoet’s servers. Mailpoet will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click this you will no longer receive email from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data will be stored securely by Mailpoet. Mailpoet uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. When you place an order with us, it is our job to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to make deliveries. DHL
When you place an order with us, it is our job to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to perform deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence with DHL. DHL will use this data only for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. Where DHL uses subcontractors, DHL also provides your data to these parties.
DPD
When you place an order with us, it is our job to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of DPD to make deliveries. This requires that we share your name, address and place of residence information with DPD. DPD uses these data only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In case DPD engages subcontractors, DPD will also make your data available to these parties.
Invoicing and bookkeeping
Exact Online
To keep our records and accounts we use the services of Exact Online. We share your name, address and city information and details related to your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored in a protected manner. Exact Online is committed to confidentiality and will keep your data confidential. Exact Online does not use your personal data for any other purposes than those described above.

We sell (part of) our articles through the platform of Bol.com. If you place an order through this platform Bol.com shares your order and personal data with us. General purpose of processing
We will use your information for the sole purpose of providing our services. That is, the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. Retention periods
We will retain your information for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us we will also interpret this as a forget request. Pursuant to applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices containing your (personal) data; we will therefore retain this data for as long as the applicable term lasts. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced as a result of your assignment.
Your rights
Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with respect to the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below what these rights are and how you can invoke them. In principle, to prevent misuse, we will send copies and copies of your data only to your e-mail address already known to us.
